How do I return a product?

Only returns within Germany are free of charge.

From other countries, the customer bears the return shipping costs.

And this is how you send your return back to us:

Is the return free of charge?

Within Germany your return is free of charge. You can fill out and print out your free return label here .

Returns from Austria and all other European countries are to be borne by the customer. Shipments not prepaid will not be accepted by our warehouse.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, an exchange is possible without further ado. Please use the exchange form for this or enclose a small piece of information.

Can I hand in my return personally?

Unfortunately, we do not yet have any stores where you can drop off your returns. Therefore, please always send your return as a package to our company address.

How do I see if my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can also click on the tracking number in your order confirmation email to track your package.

I still haven't received a shipping confirmation. What can I do?

Your order should usually be ready to ship within 1-3 days. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within this period, your order has not yet been shipped and is still in our warehouse for verification. Therefore, first check whether you have entered your address (including house number) correctly. To inquire about the status of your shipment, please contact us using the contact form! Our support team will help you as soon as possible.

How many discount codes can I use per order?

You can use one discount code per order. If you have several discount codes, choose the best discount code for you.

My discount code doesn't work. What can I do?

First, check that you spelled your discount code correctly during the checkout process. Only one discount code per order is possible. If you have entered two discount codes in the "Discount code" field, the last discount code entered will be retained and the first discount code will be deleted.

If your discount code still doesn't work, feel free to contact us at any time using the contact form and ask for support. We will help you as soon as possible!

Can I apply to be a model?

We are not currently actively looking for models. If you still want to apply, please send us a message using our contact form! Our social media team will be happy to look at your unsolicited application and get in touch with you if necessary.
