WAISTMeasure around the narrowest part (usually the lower back) and hold the tape measure horizontally. 3. HIPSMeasure around the widest part of your hips, keeping the tape measure horizontal. 4. INSIDE LEGMeasure from top to bottom of your inner leg and follow the leg seam. |
