How do I find the right size?

So that you know exactly which size is right for you, we explain here how to take measurements correctly. Place the tape measure so that it is close to your body but still wide enough to allow you to breathe normally.

The textiles used in Swedish Fall are very stretchy - especially around the chest circumference. However, we use an elastic, high-support underbust band that gives you optimal support with every movement. Therefore, pay particular attention to your underbust circumference to ensure that our elastic waistband is neither too loose nor too tight so that your top fits optimally.

Tip: If you like it tight-fitting and supportive, we recommend your usual top size . If you prefer something a little looser, we recommend going one size larger.

The textiles used in Swedish Fall are very stretchy - especially on the thighs and calves. However, we use highly supportive, tight-fitting waistbands that give you optimal support with every movement. Therefore, pay particular attention to your waist and hip circumference so that our waistband is neither too loose nor too tight so that your leggings/shorts fit optimally.

Our tip: If you like things tight and supportive, we recommend your usual sports pants size. If you prefer something a little looser, we recommend going one size larger.
